The story

Prem-Condotel pairs a stately street presence with compact, liveable interiors. The facade layers an ivory neoclassical order — arcaded ground floor, arched windows and a mansard-roofed wing — against a crisp dark-mullioned glass volume that cantilevers through the centre, giving the condotel hospitality gravitas while a full-height glazed lobby draws light and movement inside. Within, loft-style units make the most of their footprint: double-height living with a black-steel stair rising to a sleeping mezzanine, warm brass accents, deep blue tufted upholstery and calm neutral walls — a restrained, modern comfort scaled for hotel-style city living.
