The story

A warm modern-farmhouse home that reads like a small cluster of buildings grown together: a long, white lime-plastered wing under a dark, dormered roof; a cantilevered upper volume in pale, vertically-grained cladding that floats over the garden with a single tree rising beneath it; and a slender steel-and-glass conservatory that catches the afternoon sun. Black steel-framed arched glazing and a chunky timber pergola wrap the veranda, where porch-swing daybeds open onto a manicured lawn — an easy, sheltered indoor–outdoor threshold. The palette stays honest and tactile throughout: lime plaster, natural timber, stone paving and patinated steel.
