The story

The DGP Residence, located in Duta Gema Pesona Depok, is a large, modern luxury home designed as a serene, resort-like sanctuary for a big family's parents. While the home has a modern feel, the design intentionally incorporates local elements to create a more personal atmosphere. This approach includes using local materials like concrete roster and integrating handcrafted, patterned metal louvres on the facade. Situated on a spacious 450 sqm suburban site, these local touches complement the home's wide views and strong connection to its outdoor lawn, creating a private and welcoming environment for the family to gather.
