The story
An introverted concrete house that presents near-solid board-formed walls to the street — their ordered grid of form-tie holes and a single glowing perforated screen the only gestures outward — then turns inward to light, water and garden. Here circulation becomes event: a narrow blade-walled entry ramp, a mirror-still dark terrazzo hall, and a floating stair carried between raw concrete planes and warm lime plaster. Frameless glazing dissolves the line between serene, near-empty interior volumes and planted courtyards with lily ponds, while one sculptural curved roof softens the otherwise monolithic, crafted concrete massing.
